Refunds & Returns Policy

1. General Policy

otpkeys sells digital product keys, including software and game activation keys.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

otpkeys does not sell physical goods; therefore, physical returns are not possible.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The delivered Product Key is invalid
  • The Product Key cannot be activated after reasonable troubleshooting
  • An incorrect Product Key was supplied

In these cases, otpkeys, at its sole discretion, may:

  • Replace the Product Key
    or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The Product Key has been successfully activated
  • The customer purchased the wrong product
  • The customer changed their mind after delivery
  • The Product Key has been exposed, redeemed, or linked to an account
  • Activation issues caused by:
    • Incompatible system requirements or platform
    • Regional, country, or publisher restrictions
    • Customer account limitations, suspensions, or bans
    • Hardware, operating system, or software issues unrelated to the Product Key
    • Changes in third-party platform policies

4. Verification Requirements

To review a refund or replacement request, otpkeys may require verification, including but not limited to:

  • Screenshots or screen recordings showing the activation error
  • Error codes or system messages
  • Proof that the Product Key has not been redeemed

Failure to provide the requested verification may result in the request being denied.

5. Timeframe for Requests

  • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review

6. Marketplace & Vendor Fulfillment

Product Keys are supplied by independent third-party vendors

  • otpkeys acts as a marketplace and facilitates support on the customer’s behalf
  • Final resolution depends on verification results and vendor confirmation

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact otpkeys support before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Loss of access to future purchases
  • Submission of transaction evidence to payment processors

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

8. Taxes and Fees

  • Approved refunds will reflect the original transaction amount
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be non-refundable

9. Policy Abuse

otpkeys reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases involving:

  • Repeated or excessive refund requests
  • Abuse of this policy
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
